Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
Because every Mama Nouii product is printed on demand specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once production has begun.
We therefore recommend carefully checking your product selection, dimensions, quantities and shipping information before confirming your order.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
We carefully inspect our products before dispatch. However, if you receive an item with a production defect or an incorrect item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nour@mamanouii.com, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue and packaging.
Once reviewed and confirmed as a production error, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please also contact us within 48 hours, keeping all original packaging and providing clear photographs of the parcel and damaged product. We will review the case and, where applicable, coordinate with the courier to determine the appropriate resolution.
Mama Nouii cannot be held responsible for delays, loss or damage resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control; however, we will always do our best to assist you in resolving a shipping issue.
Wallpaper Orders
Our wallpapers are printed specifically for each order. Please make sure your wall measurements and required quantities are correct before ordering.
Mama Nouii cannot accept returns or provide complimentary replacements for wallpaper ordered using incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.
If you are unsure about your measurements or the quantity you need, please contact us before ordering and we'll be happy to help.
We also recommend ordering the full quantity required for your project at once, as wallpaper printed in separate production batches may have slight variations in color.
