Welcome to Mama Nouii. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
Products & Made-to-Order Production
Mama Nouii is an illustration and design studio offering wallpapers, wall stickers, art prints and other illustrated products.
Our products are printed on demand, meaning they are produced specifically for each order and we do not hold ready-made stock.
We make every effort to display our products, colors and illustrations as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, device and lighting conditions. Minor variations between digital previews and the final printed product are therefore possible.
Wallpaper Measurements & Ordering
Customers are responsible for providing accurate wall measurements and ordering the appropriate quantity of wallpaper.
We strongly recommend carefully measuring your wall before placing an order. If you are unsure about your measurements or how much wallpaper you require, please contact us before ordering and we will be happy to assist.
Mama Nouii cannot be held responsible for shortages, incorrect sizing or additional costs resulting from inaccurate measurements provided by the customer.
We recommend ordering the full quantity required for your wall at the same time, as wallpaper produced in separate print batches may have slight color variations.
Wallpaper Installation
For the best result, we strongly recommend that Mama Nouii wallpaper is installed by a professional wallpaper installer.
Walls must be properly prepared before installation and should be smooth, clean and completely dry.
Our wallpaper may require professional techniques including panel alignment, overlapping and manual trimming during installation.
Mama Nouii is not responsible for issues resulting from:
- Incorrect or improper installation
- Incorrect wall measurements
- Poorly prepared, uneven, damp or unsuitable wall surfaces
- Existing moisture, mold or structural wall issues
- Damage caused while installing or removing the wallpaper
- Incorrect cutting, trimming or alignment by the installer
Customers and installers should inspect the wallpaper before and during installation. If a suspected printing or production defect is discovered, installation should be stopped and Mama Nouii contacted before proceeding.
Printed Colors & Batch Variations
While we carefully manage the quality of our printed products, slight color variations may occur between what is displayed digitally and the final printed product.
Separate production batches may also vary slightly in color. For this reason, we recommend ordering all wallpaper required for the same space in a single order.
Such minor variations that fall within normal printing tolerances are not considered manufacturing defects.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom wallpapers, personalized illustrations, portraits and bespoke design projects are created specifically for each customer.
The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving any final artwork, dimensions, spelling, names, colors or other personalized details provided for approval before production.
Once final approval has been provided and production has begun, changes may incur additional charges and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Additional revisions or work requested outside the originally agreed scope may also be subject to additional fees.
Returns & Cancellations
Because Mama Nouii products are printed on demand, orders cannot be returned or exchanged simply due to a change of mind.
Once an order has entered production, it cannot normally be cancelled.
If an item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Intellectual Property
All illustrations, patterns, artwork, photographs, designs, product imagery and other creative content created by Mama Nouii remain the intellectual property of Mama Nouii, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Purchasing a Mama Nouii product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the customer.
Our designs may not be copied, reproduced, traced, modified, resold, distributed, manufactured or used commercially without prior written permission from Mama Nouii.
Custom artwork created for a customer also remains subject to the agreed usage rights and does not automatically include commercial reproduction, licensing or ownership rights unless explicitly agreed in writing.

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, dimensions, prices and information displayed on our website are accurate.
Occasionally, errors may occur. Mama Nouii reserves the right to correct errors or update product information and pricing when necessary.
If an error materially affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact the customer before proceeding.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Orders are confirmed once full payment has been successfully received.
Shipping charges and, where applicable, international customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Production Times
Our standard production time is approximately 8 business days.
Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order size, customization, availability or particularly busy periods.
Delivery time is separate from production time.
Limitation of Responsibility
Mama Nouii will take reasonable care to ensure that products are produced according to the confirmed order and meet our quality standards.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mama Nouii cannot be held responsible for indirect losses or additional costs resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, installation errors, unsuitable wall conditions or incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Changes to These Terms
Mama Nouii may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services or business practices.
The Terms applicable to an order will be those in effect at the time the order is placed.
